For co-owner Keith Sirmans, his passion for great food began almost two decades ago. As a manager of a local restaurant, he honed his hospitality skills; training a staff that treats you like family, developing mouthwatering flavors and crafting whistle wetting delights. The name, Jack's Chophouse, is named after his wife, Jacqulyne "Ashley" Sirmans, his favorite whiskey and his love of great cuts of meat.
Keith and his wife, Ashley, combine their talents in a restaurant perfect for a weekday lunch with clients, dinners with the family and cocktails with your best friends. We look forward to hosting you at Jack's Chophouse.
